Stress Relieving Massage
For a stress relieving massage to qualify as Therapeutical, Customized and High-performance, the following factors must apply:

• the massage therapist must possess a good psychological and cultural background, manual dexterity and a well-balanced personality;
• the massage must be:
- GLOBAL, in that the patient is treated as a unit in which mind, body and spirit are linked, so, failing specific obstacles, treatment is administered from head to foot. A partial massage is only partially effective
- performed in CLOSE CONTACT (cocoon effect);
- FLEXIBLE AND CUSTOMIZED. The extensive repertoire and diversity of manual approaches makes it possible for the massage therapist to select the most efficient combination, case by case, session by session. At the first sign of intolerance to certain approaches on the part of a patient, their application must be abandoned
- • a high –performance massage has the following effects:
- STIMULATES CARDIOCIRCULATORY AND LYMPHATIC FUNCTIONS, treating or preventing the onset of cellulitis, varicose veins and cardiovascular diseases;
- REDRESSES GASTROENTERIC FUNCTIONS, treating or preventing the onset of gastritis, colitis, constipation, hemorrhoids, etc.;
- LOOSENS AND ELONGATE THE MUSCLES, eliminating muscular tension and pain
- MAKES STIFF JOINTS FLEXIBLE, protecting them from arthrosis and arthritis;
- CAUSES FREER AND DEEPER BREATHING;
- LIFTS THE SPIRIT of patients suffering from depression or high anxiety levels
