in three easy steps: after completing the practice sessions following the second step, you already qualify as a full-fledged massage therapist.

1) Basic Training Course (48 hours)
For anyone who wishes to learn the mechanism of massage.
The course covers:
Basic Stress-relieving Massage
Stress-relieving Office Massage

 

2) Advanced Course
High-Performance Therapeutical Massage (168 hours)

For aspiring massage therapists or practitioners wishing to become experts in the Leanti La Rosa methods.

Anatomy and physiology (theory and practice)

Etiopathogenesis - the meaning of illness in the holistic approach to patients

Assessment of patients' stress levels and identification of anatomical areas more frequently affected by somatization

Exercises (theory and practice)

Antidepressant massage anxiety, insomnia, depression, phobias and panic attacks

Slimming massage and nutritional guidelines, cellulitis, obesity, bulimia-anorexia

Hypertension treatment massage cardiocirculatory diseases, arteriosclerosis, arterial hypertension, myocardial and peripheral ischaemia, Burgher and Raynaud’s disease, varicose veins, micro- circulatory disorders (cellulitis)

Visceralmassage gastroenteric disorders, digestive disorders, gastritis, gastric and duodenal ulcers, diseases of the liver and dyskinesia of the bile tract, gall bladder stones, spastic colitis and hemorrhagic recto colitis, Crohn’s disease, constipation, anal hemorrhoids and raghades

Cervical-brachial massage: cervical pain, cervical arthritis, osteoporosis, cervical disk disorder, whiplash, scapular-humeral periarthritis, tennis elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome

Neurological regenerationmassage degenerative neurological diseases, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer’s disease and senile dementia

Massage treatment of problems related to the sex drive, menstrual cycle, infertility

Massage during pregnancy and preparation for birthing

Pain-relieving andpostural massage: spinal problems, backache, kyphosis, lordosis, scoliosis, disk ailments, slipped disks and lumbar and sciatic pains.

Massaging the elderly: treatment of age-related disorders, of infectious diseases due to low immunity reactions, autoimmune diseases

 

3)Teachers’ Training Program (144 hours)
Designed for practitioners principally engaged in massotherapy.Prior completion of the first two courses and subsequent practice sessions are compulsory before enrolment.
